Donordigital

Donordigital is a full-service online fundraising, advocacy, and list-building firm, dedicated to using online and mobile tools to build large and powerful constituencies for nonprofit organizations, social marketing campaigns, and other do-gooders.

In May, Donordigital merged with Fenton Communications, the largest and oldest public interest communications firm in the country. The merger brings us new online staff as well as a wide range of new services including messaging and positioning, strategy development, and media relations. Donordigital headquarters is in San Francisco, with additional staff in Washington and New York. 

Donordigital's clients include Amnesty International USA, Greenpeace International, NARAL Pro-Choice America, CARE, American Jewish World Service, The Humane Society of the United States, Earthjustice, UNHCR, and SEIU. 

We've helped The Humane Society of the United States grow its e-mail list from 100,000 to over 1.2 million, gathered over 400,000 signatures on the Human Rights Campaign's Million for Marriage site, and persuaded over 350,000 people to find out where to get a flu shot by consulting the American Lung Association's online database.

Donordigital services include:

  • Full service e-mail marketing campaigns for fundraising, advocacy, and persuasion
  • Online advertising for list-building and fundraising, including search marketing, chaperoned e-mails, co-registration, and banner ads
  • Mobile text messaging, including program development, recruitment, messaging, and downloads

For our full-service work, we develop an annual strategy; prepare a detailed week-by-week work plan and e-mailing schedule; write the copy and format the e-mails; design Flash animations and other games and quizzes and tools as needed; develop partnerships, paid and donated, with other nonprofit and commercial sites; and prepare detailed monthly and quarterly analytics and benchmarks.
