Stiff Competition: Nearly 300 People and Web Sites From Around the Globe Nominated for List Sponsored by PoliticsOnline and 5th Annual E-Democracy Forum

According to the PoliticsOnline Web site, the prestigious list recognizes “the innovators and pioneers who blaze the e-political trails.” This year was the toughest ever in choosing the 25 finalists, according to sponsors, who received nearly 1,100 responses nominating almost 300 people and Web sites from 30 countries.
